a week of activities:)
5th May 2009 was the day of my last paper.
it was quite an ending.saw the department people wearing face masks.
taking our temperature.and i was 37.0 degrees.haha.
but i was let in anyways.no idea what's their limit.
it was the first time i took exams in the e-studio.the last time too:)
11am marks INDEPENDENCE DAY.haha.FREEDOM!!
stayed in school for awhile.chatted with huiling.first time in 4 years.
haha.after that.went to da bao yummy zi bao ji.near SIM there.
dont think ill frequent clementi anymore le.so support them one last time!
then headed home to rest.been having sleepless nights.
or disturbed nights.took a good nap.then met xu xiansheng for dinner.
soup restaurant in century.very pu ah.had the specialty chicken dish.
nice veggie and a pu soup.healthy healthy:)
we then lingered around while waiting for my mei to finish work.
she's working at chocolat world! haha.sounds like a huge shop right.
but its a kiosk outside charles and keith in tampines mall.
ta-da! it looks something like this.CHOCOLATES!! YUM!!
haha.but didnt get any.strangely it wasnt very appealing ne.
then it was home sweet home le:)
6th May 2009. it was RE girls' outing.kite flying!
pity mel couldnt join us.cause she flying off to beijing le.
but it was really fun.haha.out in the sun.
marina barrage.the view was superb:)
feels good.but i got rash all over my arms now.as usual.
the sun doesnt like me and i dont like the after effects of the sun.
sigh.but nevermind la.once in awhile.worth it!:)
and maggie is a pro at this! seriously.im only OK.haha.
lydia's pretty steady too.wanxuan yirong and fen also like me.OK.
hahaha.i wonder why.is it the horoscope.
scorpio can fly kites?? no idea la.just speculation only.
we kite fly for about 2 hours plus then went to the exhibition place.
educated ourselves on what marina barrage is all about.
then off we went for dinner at raffles city.shokudo.yum:)
went iluma with maggie to get movie tickets.
the new mall seems quite dead.haha.
seriously dont know how its going to survive.
had dessert with maggie and rexson then.yam paste.favourite:)
looooong day.was dead by the time i was home.but very enjoyable day!
7th May 2009. today started with breakfast at BK with kelly and esther.
i used to love long john's breakfast.but its getting lousier!
so recently switched to BK.the croissant is good:)
we then toured tampines one.it was me and kelly's first time there.
alright la.was telling kelly tampines is like a mini orchard le.haha.
so everybody next time no need meet in town.just come tampines!:)
in the evening.the new zealanders met up! haha.
onyx came to visit! here's ian.onyx.me and wanxuan:)
on the left.our new friend.onyx's sister.stephannie.
we brought them to newton circus.where they tried our local food.
it was pretty good catching up.talking about the fun times back then:)
im seriously missing those new zealand days BADD:(
hopefully we will all gather back in auckland one day! heh.
YAY.and so another superb day accomplished:)
8th May 2009. on this faithful day.i did some packing.
haha.cleared out all my school stuff.notes and books.
poor trees.there's two huge bags of paper.
must find a recycle bin for them! save the trees!
packing took awhile and it was time for dinner lo!:)
met xu xiansheng for dinner.and we caught wolverine after that.
woah.shiok! enjoyed the movie a lot.brotherhood!
hugh jackman is so cool too.charming man:)
the night then ended.
9th May 2009. this is the day i was supposed to leave.crap.
anyways.xu xiansheng bought lunch for my family.
and we slacked around at my place till he left for his chalet.

i then headed to the airport to send fenella and lewis off.
at the same time.khala happened to be flying to aussie too.
she's learning baking there.how cool is that:)
to know what you want and go for it.jiayou khala!:)
me and maggie then went to popeyes for our late dinner.
haha.it was a terribly long queue.half an hour.madness!
i think ill go during off peak hours next time:)
10th May 2009. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!! <3
though our family dont celebrate mother's day.
me and hui accompanied my mom the entire day:)
and we spent quite a lot of money.haha.shopping!
WAIT.dont be mistaken.our family created a parents' day.
so we dont celebrate mother's or father's day individually.
but rather celebrate it together.sometime every june of the year:)
we went to my da yi's house in the evening.
it was quite last minute.but she's always a lovely host:)
got steamboat ready shortly.my popo prepare kimchi soup too!
haha.was a great gathering.miss those times:)
yay yay yay.we should really do it more often!
here's to the mothers in my family.

this time long john.haha.but still my love for it wasnt rekindled.lol.
and we toured the three malls in tampines the whole day.
our legs nearly gave way.haha.so stopped for haagen dazs.
and we also happen to passby this pharmacy before heading back.
and they were giving free cholesterol test.so we tried.
junrong's level was 188.healthy! and mine 205.borderline leh.
damn.haha.but i doubt the accuracy of it.cause not formal test ma.
and subjected to the previous food intake.but anyways.
the person asked me to exercise more.lol.and she made a comment.
"you so young now already 205.by the time you menopause. my goodness.it will be terribly high! better exercise more"
ok aunty.thank you.ill heed your advice k:) try to be more healthy.
and it was amazing race finale that night! so i rushed home for that:)
was joined by xu xiansheng.and boy was it exciting! haha.
though i wasnt really rooting for any team to win.but really felt happy.
for all 3 teams when they passed the finishing line.congrats!:)
the next finale would be america's next top model this thursday.
im watching the latest season on youtube.so exciting.top 3 already.
cant wait! and people! please watch the new channel U show.
BOY BEFORE FLOWERS. nice nice nice.its the korean f4.really good:)
i have to say it definitely beats the taiwan and jap version hands down!
i think its every saturday night at 9pm or something.watch out for it!:)
12th May 2009. went badminton-ing with kelly.
just the two of us because the rest couldnt make it.
haha.we were like half-dead.my hand was shaking while taking this.
2 hours of badminton.but healthy la! good good.keke.
and my mei also had a match against dunman high.
so watched bit too:) they won! 2 more matches to go before top 4:)
must jiayou jiayou jiayou! playing tj and mj the next 2 days.
met up with hannah for dinner at central:)
we had manhatten fish market.mussels fish and chips.
looks good ah.but its actually so-so only.haha.but service was great.
manhatten mud pie! delicious still.but the first time seems better.lol.
ta-da! my volleyball friend.haha.amazing manner in which we met.
hannah and me:)
im sure we will be in touch forever:)
